Downloading Individual Photos

 1. Open your gallery link and tap View Gallery.

 2. Select the photo you would like to save.

 3. Tap the Download icon (downward arrow) located at the top of the screen.

 4. Enter your email address and the 4-digit Download PIN if prompted.

 5. Choose either High Resolution or Web Size, then select My Device and tap Download Photo. 

6. A new Safari window containing the image will open.

 Press and hold the image, then tap Save to Photos.

Downloading an Entire Album or Multiple Photos

1. Open your Pixieset gallery link.

2. Locate and tap the Download button.

3. On some phones, you may need to tap the three dots (⋯) or menu icon in the top-right corner to find the Download option.

4. Enter your email address and the 4-digit Download PIN if prompted.

5. Select your preferred image size and choose My Device.

6. Wait for the download to complete. A .zip file containing your photos will be downloaded to your device.

7. Open the Files app on your iPhone and navigate to the Downloads folder.

8. Tap the .zip file to extract its contents.

9. Open the newly extracted folder.

10. Tap the Share button (the box with an upward arrow).

 11. Select Save Images to transfer all photos to your camera roll.

Your photos will now be available in the Photos app on your iPhone.

Android Download Guide

Downloading an Individual Photo

Step 1: Open Your Gallery

Open the gallery link provided by your photographer.

Step 2: Select the Photo

Tap on the specific image you would like to save to your device.

Step 3: Tap the Download Icon

Look for the Download icon (a downward-facing arrow). This is usually located in the top-right corner of the screen or under the three-dot menu.

Step 4: Enter Your Details

If prompted, enter:

Your email address

The 4-digit Download PIN provided in your email

Downloading an Entire Album

Step 1: Locate the Download Button

From the main gallery page, tap the Download icon or button.

Note: On some Android devices, the Download option may be located under the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

Step 2: Enter Your Details

If prompted, enter:

 Your email address

• Your 4-digit Download PIN

Step 3: Choose Download Settings

Select your preferred image size, confirm your email address, and tap Start Download.

Step 4: Extract the Downloaded Files

Entire gallery downloads are delivered as a .zip file to ensure reliable file transfer.

Once the download is complete:

 Open the My Files or Files app on your Android device. Navigate to your Downloads folder.

Locate the downloaded .zip file.

 Tap the file and select Extract (or Unzip).

 Open the extracted folder to access your photos.

Your images will now be available for viewing and saving in your Gallery app.
